1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website (6figurerealestateagent.co) and registering for the 6 Figure Real Estate Agent Mastermind event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or register for the event.

This website is operated by Year 2092, LLC(“Year 2092,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Event Registration

Registration for the 6 Figure Agent Mastermind is free of charge. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Capacity is limited to less than 60 attendees.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Registration constitutes an RSVP, not a guaranteed seat. We reserve the right to limit attendance.
  • You are responsible for your own transportation, lodging (if needed), and any personal expenses. Lunch is provided at the event.

3. Event Details

  • Date: Wednesday, April 22, 2026
  • Time: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM CT
  • Venue: Neighborhood Loans HQ, 1333 Butterfield Rd, Suite 600, Downers Grove, IL 60515
  • Cost: Free (RSVP required)
  • Lunch: Provided

Event details including date, time, location, speakers, and schedule are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any material changes via email or SMS.

4. Communications Consent

By registering for the event, you may opt in to receive:

  • SMS messages: Event confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies (up to 5 messages). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Email communications: Event confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

5. Event Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with a professional environment. No refund applies as the event is free.

6. Intellectual Property

All content presented at the event, including presentations, materials, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of the respective speakers and/or Year 2092, LLC. Attendees may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use event content without prior written permission.

The “6 Figure Real Estate Agent” name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Year 2092, LLC.

7. Photography and Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for use in promotional materials, social media, and future marketing by Year 2092 and its partners. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event organizers upon arrival.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and the event are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Year 2092 does not guarantee any specific business results, income levels, or outcomes from attending the event. Individual results depend on many factors including effort, market conditions, and implementation.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
